What this website does with your information.

The request form asks for your name, phone number, an optional email, a location, the type of junk, a description, a preferred date, whether you want same-day service, and whether you agree to texts about that request. A photo field is shown, but files are not uploaded.

Choosing “Prepare text request” builds a message on your device. It does not submit the form to JunkNex and it does not save the form on this website. If you then tap “Text this request” or call (305) 528-5782, your phone carrier delivers that message or call.

The text-message checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You can get an estimate without agreeing to texts. If you do agree, you can reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

This site does not sell contact details, because the form is not collected here. Calls and texts are handled by the business on the published phone number. This page is a plain description of the site, not a claim about a separate legal policy that has not been provided.

Questions about a request you already made go to (305) 528-5782.
