Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free. There is no charge to describe the job and ask what it will take to haul it. Calling or texting does not book the pickup until you and the crew agree.
What are your hours?
JunkNex is open 24/7. You can call or text any time. A person still has to confirm the pickup, so reaching us at 2 a.m. does not by itself mean a truck is already on the way.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call or text (305) 528-5782. Tell us what you have, the ZIP code or location, and the day you want. The form on this site helps you organize that message. It does not store the request on a server.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day service is available, subject to scheduling. Ask for it and we will tell you whether the day is open. If it is not, we will offer the next time that works.
Where do you work?
The service area is Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. We are not publishing a list of specific cities until those routes are confirmed. Share your ZIP code or neighborhood and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
What items do you accept?
Common jobs include furniture, appliances, garage cleanouts, property cleanouts, construction debris, and general junk. That list is what we expect to haul, and it can change once the owner confirms the final rules. Hazardous waste, chemicals, and anything you are unsure about need a direct answer before you book — call and ask.
Do you rent equipment?
The company name includes rental service, but the equipment list and rates are not on this website yet. Call or text and ask what is available. Nothing listed as a rental price here would be reliable, so we are not publishing any.
Can I send photos?
Yes, by text to (305) 528-5782. The form has a photo field so you can pick a picture on your phone, but this website does not upload or store photos. After you text the request, send the pictures in the same thread.
